I started this thing back in 2009 for a few reasons; the first being that I wanted improve my writing, the second was that I wanted to document the time I was spending outside, and the third was to include my family and friends on my trips.
This project helped me find one of the things I am most passionate about; telling stories. It led me to major in Journalism at Utah Valley University. It has helped me realize when I am in a rut and it has helped me dig my way out of it.
